Open Question: Does applying ice on your nose make it swell more?

I fractured my nose last year from a big hit. And since then ive been hit here and there lightly (i play rugby). So yeah, i got a light hit yesterday on it and it swelled up. I put some ic on it, but for some reason it swells up more. Is this normal??... Read More »
